Instructions for Copyright and instructions for Camera Ready sources
The author of each paper who is Responsible for the ACM TASKS (see the definition bellow) will receive an email from the ACM eRights System (if not, please check your SPAM folder for emails from rightsreview@acm.org). The Responsible for the ACM TASKS (Responsible author, for short) must complete the ACM rights management form as soon as possible, after receiving the email from the ACM eRights System.
Soon, after completing the ACM rights management form, the Responsible author will receive an email from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com (if not, please check your SPAM folder) with instructions for preparing your Camera Ready sources for submission to “The ACM Publishing System” (TAPS). TAPS will auto-generate proofs of your article for your review.
LaTeX users must prepare their sources using the “acmart” class version 1.90 (published April 4, 2023) available at https://portalparts.acm.org/hippo/latex_templates/acmart-primary.zip with the “sigconf” call as follows: “\documentclass[sigconf, screen, review]{acmart}”.
They must also add the complete rights text and bibliographic strip which will be included in the email from rightsreview@acm.org in the preamble of their document – i.e., before “\begin{document}”.
More details are available at: https://portalparts.acm.org/hippo/latex_templates/acmart.pdf and https://www.acm.org/publications/taps/latex-best-practices.
Microsoft Word users must prepare their sources using the “Submission Template (Review Submission Format)” available at https://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/publications/taps/acm_submission_template.docx.
Follow the embedded instructions to apply the paragraph styles to your various text elements.
Please, make sure that a manuscript accepted as a FULL PAPER occupies up to TEN (10) pages in the auto-generated TWO COLUMN format. If not, please, update the Camera Ready sources that you submitted to TAPS and resubmit these sources so that TAPS auto-generates again the TWO COLUMN proofs of your article for your review. In case of a manuscript accepted as a SHORT PAPER, the previous length is reduced to SIX (6) pages.
Rule for determining the Responsible for the ACM TASKS
==> the declared author gets the role of Responsible for the ACM TASKS.
==> the person who completed the PCI2023 Registration form gets the role of Responsible for the ACM TASKS,
==> this co-author gets the role of Responsible for the ACM TASKS.
The person Responsible for the ACM TASKS is the one who will complete the ACM rights management form (copyright form) and make the submission to the ACM Publishing System (TAPS).
